Idiom in Indonesian 2

1. Very = sangat, banget, amat, sekali, betul

There are 2 ways to use those word, placing them after adjective or before

For example : 

After adjective

1. Sangat kecil ( very small )
2. Amat besar ( very big )
3. Sangat keren ( very cool )

 Before adjective

1. Kecil sekali ( very small )
2. Besar banget ( very big )
3. Keren betul ( very cool )

2. Too ( in the phrases in too good, too awful ) = terlalu

For example :

1. Terlalu besar ( too big )
2. Terlalu bagus ( too good )

3. Just, newly, just now, a short while ago = baru, baru saja ( "saja" acts as stressing point )

For example :

1. Saya baru menyelesaikan pekerjaan itu ( I've just finished that job )
2. Dia baru saja datang ke sini ( He/She has just come here )
3. Mereka baru membeli benda ini ( They have just bought this thing )
4. Pak dito baru saja pergi ( Mr.dito has just gone )

4. Old = lama

For example :

1. Mobil lama = an old car
2. Apartemen lama dia = his old apartment
